These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mophado.com (“Site”), owned and operated by Mophado LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Conduct and Accounts

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Interfering with the Site’s functionality or security.
• Attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Using the Site for fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Orders, Payments, and Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on Mophado are custom-made-to-order through a print-on-demand process. Production begins after successful payment confirmation.

All prices are shown in USD. The total order amount, including product price, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes or charges, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after payment, for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, payment issues, restricted shipping destinations, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Mophado LLC is registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. However, our products are made to order and may be produced and shipped directly from trusted production partners in Vietnam, China, Mexico, or other production locations depending on product type, inventory, and destination.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Mophado is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made-to-order, we accept returns for defective products only. We accept exchanges or replacements for eligible product issues, including defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, wrong color selected by the customer, wrong style or product option selected by the customer, or personalized/custom-made products without a defect.

6. Product Information and Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, sizes, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, fabric texture, production batches, or manual measurement differences.

Product mockups are for visual reference only. Final printed products may vary slightly from the images shown on the Site.

7. Intellectual Property and User Content

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, images, text, and materials on the Site are owned by Mophado LLC or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

When you upload custom designs, images, text, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify for production purposes, and display such User Content solely to fulfill your order and provide customer support.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights, and that you own or have all necessary rights to upload it.

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or reject any User Content or order that we believe may violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mophado LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mophado LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, customs delays, war, government actions, technical failures, or other events outside our control.

11. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or your order shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
