1. Accepted Payment Methods

• PayPal, where available.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available.

All transactions are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars). Product prices, taxes, shipping fees, and discounts are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees. These fees are not controlled by Mophado LLC and are not refundable by us.

2. Payment Processing and Security

3. Order Confirmation and Charges

• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization or capture.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product price, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any selected options or customizations.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but price changes do not affect confirmed orders.
• Promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers must be used before checkout is completed and cannot be applied retroactively.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after payment, for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, payment issues, restricted shipping destinations, or violation of our Terms of Service.
• If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval, but your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
• We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternate payment methods.
• If you have a problem with your order or charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
• If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment provider and may suspend or cancel future orders.

5. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

• We may collect applicable sales tax where required by law, based on your shipping address or order details.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges required by their country.
• International taxes, duties, and import fees are not included in our product price or shipping rate unless clearly stated at checkout.
• Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and currency conversion fees are non-refundable by Mophado LLC.
