At Mophado, all products are print-on-demand and made specifically for each order. We accept returns for defective products only and offer exchanges or replacements for eligible product issues.
1. Returns for Defective Products Only
We accept returns for defective products only. Because our products are custom-made-to-order, we do not accept general returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or customer ordering mistakes.
Eligible return reasons include:
- Damaged products upon arrival
- Defective products
- Manufacturing or printing errors
- Incorrect item received
- Wrong size, color, or design sent due to our production error
2. Exchanges and Replacements
We accept exchanges for eligible product issues, including defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A free replacement
- An exchange for the correct item
- A full refund to the original payment method
In most cases, you do not need to return the item. If a return is required for quality control, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
3. 30-Day Return Window
Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report an eligible product issue.
How to make a claim:
- Contact us at support@mophado.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Cases
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following cases unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Wrong color selected by the customer
- Wrong style or product option selected by the customer
- Personalized or custom-made products without a defect
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings or the printing process
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing, or improper care
We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart carefully before placing your order. If you need sizing advice, please contact us before purchasing.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if production has not yet started.
- Within 24 hours for weekday orders
- Within 48 hours for weekend or holiday orders
Please email support@mophado.com with your Order ID as soon as possible. Once production begins, we cannot cancel the order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Excessively Delayed Orders
If your package has not arrived within 60 days from the estimated delivery date shown on tracking, please contact us. We will review the case and may offer a full refund or free reshipment if the package is confirmed lost or excessively delayed.
Mophado is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen after delivery. However, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier claim process.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
- No restocking fees apply to approved defective product claims.
