All Mophado products are custom-made-to-order through a print-on-demand process. Product images, mockups, lifestyle images, and previews are provided for visual reference only.

Minor variations in color, pattern placement, print position, size, fabric texture, brightness, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, printing processes, materials, production batches, or manual measurement differences.

These minor variations are normal for custom print-on-demand products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

3. Product Descriptions, Sizing, and Fit

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, size charts, and product details. However, measurements may vary slightly due to manual measurement, fabric characteristics, or production differences.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size chart, selected style, color, size, and customization details before placing an order.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or correct any products, pricing, descriptions, images, or promotions at any time.

In the event of a pricing error, product error, payment issue, suspected fraud, or product unavailability after order confirmation, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Delivery times may vary due to production workload, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, peak seasons, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Because our products are custom-made-to-order, returns are accepted for defective products only. Exchanges or replacements are accepted for eligible product issues, including defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, wrong color selected by the customer, wrong style or product option selected by the customer, or personalized/custom-made products without a defect.
