Refund & Returns Policy

At Mophado, we stand behind the quality of our custom-made products. All items are print-on-demand and made specifically for each order.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Quality Issues

We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for the following cases only:

  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival
  • Manufacturing or printing errors
  • Incorrect item, wrong size, or wrong design sent due to our mistake

How to make a claim:

  1. Contact us at support@mophado.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID and clear photos/video of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we will provide either a free replacement (our preferred option) or a full refund. In most cases, you do not need to return the item. We will only request a return if necessary for quality control, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

2. Customized Products Exception

Because every product is custom-made-to-order and personalized for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
  • Minor variations in color/print (due to screen differences or printing process – these are normal)

This exception is allowed under standard retail policies for personalized and made-to-order items. We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart carefully and contacting us before ordering if you need sizing advice.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if production has not yet started:

  • Within 24 hours for weekday orders
  • Within 48 hours for weekend or holiday orders

Please email support@mophado.com with your Order ID. Once production begins (typically within 3–7 business days), we cannot cancel the order.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Excessively Delayed Orders

If your package has not arrived within 60 days from the estimated delivery date shown on tracking, please contact us. We will offer a full refund or free reshipment.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our error.
  • No restocking fees apply to approved quality claims.
