All products are custom-made to order (print-on-demand) and shipped directly from our production partners (primarily Vietnam, China, Mexico, or other locations based on your order and destination).
Handling & Production Time
Handling time (production + preparation): 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders after 5:00 PM PST or weekends/holidays start next business day.
Shipping Rates
Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. Examples:
- USA Domestic: Starting from $7.95 (free on orders over $100 during promotions)
- International: Starting from $9.95–$14.95 (additional for remote areas)

Tracking & Carriers
Tracking emailed upon shipment. Carriers: USPS, UPS, YunExpress, Yanwen, or local postal services.
International Orders
Buyer responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees (non-refundable). We are not liable for customs delays or fees.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Report within 30 days of estimated delivery: email [email protected] with Order ID + proof.
We investigate and offer free reship or refund if eligible (carrier/our fault).
Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Once production begins, we cannot change address or order details. Provide accurate shipping info at checkout – we are not responsible for lost packages from incorrect addresses.
