Shipping Policy
All products at Mophado are custom-made-to-order (print-on-demand). We produce and ship your order only after payment confirmation to ensure the highest quality and personalization.
Production & Handling Time
- 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
- Multi-item orders may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery for each piece.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- United States: FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 USD
Regular rate: $7.95 flat rate for orders under $100 USD - International: $9.95 flat rate
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO) or certain international destinations. These will be clearly shown at checkout. No hidden fees.

These are realistic estimates only (business days, excluding weekends and holidays). Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance (for international orders), weather, or peak seasons.
Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
Although Mophado LLC is registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, all orders are produced and shipped directly from our trusted specialized printing partners in Vietnam, China, and Mexico.
This allows us to deliver high-quality custom prints efficiently while keeping costs competitive.
Tracking & Carriers
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. We work with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, YunExpress, Yanwen, and local postal services depending on your destination.
Important Notes
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or additional fees.
- International orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees. These are not included in our shipping rate and are non-refundable.
- We recommend ordering early during peak seasons (holidays, summer) to avoid potential delays.
- If your order experiences excessive delay (beyond 60 days from the estimated delivery date per tracking), please contact us for assistance.
