All products at Mophado are custom-made-to-order and produced through a print-on-demand process. We produce and ship your order only after payment confirmation to ensure quality and accuracy.

Production & Handling Time

  • 3–7 business days Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Multi-item orders may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery for each item.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • United States: FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 USD
    Regular rate: $7.95 flat rate for orders under $100 USD
  • International: $9.95 flat rate
  • Delivery to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or certain international destinations may take longer. Any available shipping rates will be clearly shown at checkout. No hidden fees.

These are realistic estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance for international orders, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or peak seasons.

Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Although Mophado LLC is registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, our products are made to order and may be produced and shipped directly from our trusted specialized printing partners in Vietnam, China, Mexico, or other production locations depending on product type, inventory, and destination.

This allows us to deliver high-quality custom prints efficiently while keeping costs competitive for our customers.

Tracking & Carriers

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

We work with reliable carriers and logistics partners, including USPS, UPS, YunExpress, Yanwen, and local postal services depending on your destination.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping rate and are non-refundable.

Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery time.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. Mophado is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mophado.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet entered production or shipment processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Excessively Delayed Packages

If your order experiences an excessive delay beyond 60 days from the estimated delivery date shown on tracking, please contact us for assistance. We will review the case and may offer a free reshipment or refund if the package is confirmed lost or excessively delayed.

Mophado is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen after delivery. However, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier claim process.

Important Notes

  • Please order early during peak seasons such as holidays or summer to avoid possible carrier delays.
  • Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.
  • Shipping estimates are shown in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and production workload.
