Orders & Production

Q: How long does it take to produce my order?

A: Production usually takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. We begin processing your order after payment is confirmed. Multi-item orders may ship separately.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: You may request cancellation or changes if production has not started yet. Cancellation requests may be accepted within 24 hours for weekday orders or 48 hours for weekend or holiday orders. Once production begins, cancellations or changes are not possible because our products are custom-made-to-order. Please email support@mophado.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update after the package is handed to the carrier. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us with your Order ID.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: Mophado LLC is registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. However, our products are made to order and may be produced and shipped directly from trusted production partners in Vietnam, China, Mexico, or other production locations depending on product type, inventory, and destination.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Delivery estimates are based on business days only and are not guaranteed:

  • United States: 7–10 business days after production, total estimated delivery 10–17 business days.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO/FPO: 10–15 business days after production, total estimated delivery 13–22 business days.
  • International: 10–20 business days after production, total estimated delivery 13–27 business days.

Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or peak seasons.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: Our standard shipping rates are:

  • United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD.
  • United States orders under $100 USD: $7.95 flat rate.
  • International: $9.95 flat rate.

Delivery to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or certain international destinations may take longer. Any available shipping rates will be clearly shown at checkout. No hidden fees.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping rate and are non-refundable.

Q: What if my package is lost or excessively delayed?

A: If your package has not arrived within 60 days from the estimated delivery date shown on tracking, please contact us at support@mophado.com. We will review the case and may offer a free reshipment or refund if the package is confirmed lost or excessively delayed.

Q: What if my package is marked delivered but I did not receive it?

A: If the carrier marks your package as delivered, please first check your mailbox, front desk, neighbors, building office, or local carrier. Mophado is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen after delivery. However, you can contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier claim process.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns for defective products only. Because our products are custom-made-to-order, we do not accept general returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, wrong color selected by the customer, wrong style selected by the customer, or personalized/custom-made products without a defect.

Eligible issues include damaged products, defective products, manufacturing or printing errors, incorrect items received, or wrong size, color, or design sent due to our production error.

Q: Do you accept exchanges?

A: Yes, we accept exchanges or replacements for eligible product issues, including defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items. We do not accept exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selected by the customer, wrong color selected by the customer, or change of mind.

Q: How do I request a refund, return, exchange, or replacement?

A: Please email support@mophado.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your Order ID, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

A: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval, but your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Q: Do I need to return the item?

A: In most approved quality issue cases, you do not need to return the item. If a return is required for quality control, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Products & Custom Designs

Q: Are your products made to order?

A: Yes. All Mophado products are made to order through a print-on-demand process. Production begins after your order and payment are confirmed.

Q: Will the final product look exactly like the product image?

A: Product images and mockups are for visual reference. Minor differences in color, pattern placement, print position, brightness, or fabric texture may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, materials, production batches, or manual measurement differences.

Q: Can I upload my own design?

A: Yes, where customization is available. We recommend uploading high-resolution PNG or JPG files. By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

Q: Do you offer size charts?

A: Yes. Please check the Size Chart carefully before ordering. Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selected by the customer unless there is a production error.

Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. All transactions are processed in USD.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or other available providers. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Q: Is Mophado a U.S.-registered company?

A: Yes. Mophado LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States. Our registered business address is 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Q: Is your business address a retail store or return address?

A: No. Our business address is a registered business address only. We do not operate a retail store, accept walk-ins, or accept unsolicited returns at this location. Returns should only be sent if approved by our support team.
