Orders & Production
Q: How long does it take to produce my order?
A: Production takes 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). We start processing once payment is confirmed. Multi-item orders may ship separately.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Yes, within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends/holidays) after placing the order – full refund. After production starts, cancellations/changes are not possible due to the custom-made nature of our products. Email support@mophado.com with your Order ID to request.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once shipped, we email a tracking number automatically. Check your spam folder or contact us with Order ID if needed.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Orders ship from our production partners (primarily Vietnam, China, Mexico, or other optimized locations based on your order and destination).
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimates only (business days, not guaranteed):
– USA: 7–10 business days after production (total 10–17 business days from order to door).
– International: 10–20 business days after production (total 13–27 business days).
Delays possible due to carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A:
– USA: Free on orders over $100 USD | $7.95 flat rate otherwise.
– International: $9.95 flat rate.
Additional fees may apply for remote areas (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO) or certain destinations – we notify at checkout. No hidden fees.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Buyer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees (non-refundable). We are not liable for customs delays.
Q: What if my package is lost, damaged, or excessively delayed?
A: Report within 30 days of estimated delivery with photos/Order ID to support@mophado.com.
Delivery Guarantee: If not delivered within 60 days from the estimated delivery date (per tracking), you are eligible for a 100% full refund or free replacement.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to custom-made products, returns are limited to manufacturing defects or our errors (damaged, misprint, wrong item). Report within 30 days with photos – we offer free replacement (preferred, no return needed in most cases) or full refund (including shipping if our error).
No returns for change of mind, wrong size/color choice, or minor variations (customized production exception). Please check our Size Chart carefully before ordering.
Q: How do I request a refund or replacement?
A: Email support@mophado.com with Order ID, photos/video, and details. We review in 1–2 business days. Refunds to original method in 5–7 business days.
Q: What if my order arrives late?
A: Full refund or free replacement if not delivered within 60 days from estimated delivery date (per tracking).
Products & Custom Designs
Q: Are your products high quality?
A: Yes – premium breathable fabrics, vibrant long-lasting all-over prints (DTG). Minor color/print variations due to screens and printing process are normal.
Q: Can I upload my own design?
A: Yes! Upload high-resolution PNG/JPG (300 DPI recommended). You warrant you own rights to the design and it does not infringe copyrights/trademarks.
Q: Do you offer size charts?
A: Yes – detailed Size Chart on each product page. Measure yourself and compare before ordering.

A: Yes – Mophado LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA. We operate under U.S. laws for transparency and trust.
